Bayou Manor wants to help you achieve your optimum level of health and well-being. We have an on-site wellness clinic staffed by a licensed nurse and offer appointments with our Nurse Practitioner on a weekly basis for health care needs. In the clinic, you can have your blood pressure, weight, etc. monitored or receive services for Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy. Strengthening and balance exercise classes are held several times a week for residents in addition to aquatic exercises in our indoor pool.

In Addition, we also have Assisted Living apartments on campus that are ideal for residents who need some additional assistance with medications, dressing or other aspects of daily living.

Should an illness or surgery increase your current health care needs, our on-site sixty (60) bed Healthcare Center can accommodate you. We offer licensed nursing care whether recovering from knee surgery or rehabilitating from a stroke that allows you to remain at “home” here at Bayou Manor.
