These cozy Studio Apartments range in size from 390 sq. ft. to 430 sq. ft. All have kitchenettes and offer ample storage. Since these apartments have only a kitchenette, extra meals are provided in our elegant dining room and are included in your monthly fee.

Bayou Manor Small One-Bedroom Apartment

Our small one-bedroom apartment homes are 590 sq. ft. units built for comfort. Many have a private balcony and all have pullman kitchens and walk-in closets. In the bathroom, showers are equipped with safety bars, seating and shower massage heads. The residents in these apartments are also provided with extra meals.

Bayou Manor Large One-Bedroom Apartment

Our stylish large one-bedroom apartment homes range from 780 sq. ft. to 840 sq. ft. Most kitchens are 8’ x 10’ and have a convenient pass through kitchen window.

Other features include a built-in microwave, full-size stove, 14 cu. ft. refrigerator with ice-maker and a dishwasher.

The master bedrooms are spacious and feature walk-in closets for extra storage.

Bayou Manor Garden Apartment

You will find our one-bedroom garden apartment extremely spacious! First floor units feature a private patio for gardening. All units have a front view of our beautifully landscaped garden area and walking path.

The living area and bedroom are built to accommodate large pieces of furniture. This elegant apartment features huge walk-in closets for storage. The bath features a shower with safety bars, seating and a shower massage head.

Bayou Manor Two-Bedroom Garden Apartment

All you could want in a luxury apartment home and more. These 1,140 sq. ft. units feature a large living area, separate dining area, walk-in kitchen with 18 cu. ft. refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and four-burner stove. These units are spacious and all offer a beautiful garden view!

Bayou Manor Two-Bedroom, Two-Bath Apartment

Located in the Main Building, these units feature large walk-in closets which provide ample room for storage and a spacious full-size kitchen to make entertaining a delight.

Ranging from 1,010 sq. ft. to 1,240 sq. ft., these apartment homes include a generous amount of living and dining space.
